Open a support request on GitHub
GitHub issues are public. Do not post form responses, access tokens, private links, account details, or other sensitive information. If the request requires a private channel, state that in the issue without including the sensitive material.
Include this information
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- The client and surface, such as Claude web, Codex desktop, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- The time of the problem and your timezone.
- The request method, path, status code, and non-sensitive error message when available.
- Whether retrying once or starting a new agent session changed the result.
Before opening a request
- Refresh the Superforms page and retry the failed read once.
- Confirm the public form link opens in a normal browser.
- For MCP, confirm the server is enabled and restart or open a new agent session.
- For OAuth, disconnect Superforms, reconnect it, and approve the requested scopes.
- Never paste an agent token, OAuth token, password, or private response into support.
Privacy and deletion requests
Open a GitHub issue requesting a private privacy-support channel, but do not include personal data in the issue. The operator will provide private follow-up instructions for account access, correction, export, or deletion requests and may need to verify account ownership.
Security reports
Do not disclose a suspected vulnerability, private credential, or exploit details in a public issue. Open an issue containing only a request for a private security channel and a non-sensitive summary.
