Use Superforms in Claude

Create a conversational form in a Claude chat, share the link, and bring the submitted answers back into Claude when you need them.

Connect to Claude

One-time setup. Claude opens its Connectors screen with Superforms already filled in, then asks you to authorize your Superforms account.

How it works

  1. 1

Ask Claude to create a form. Superforms publishes it and returns a public link. For a one-question form, Claude asks whether you want smart follow-ups. Multi-question forms keep them off unless requested.

  2. 2

Share the link. Respondents do not need a Superforms account and can answer by voice or text. Forms accept multiple respondents by default.

  3. 3

Ask Claude for the answers. Claude can retrieve responses immediately, wait briefly for a new response, or return to the form in a later conversation.

Permissions and data

Superforms uses OAuth so Claude never receives your Superforms login credentials. Creating, changing, or publishing a form is a write action. Listing forms and reading responses are read-only actions. Claude applies the permission settings you choose for the connector.

Superforms processes the form questions, settings, respondent answers, and the account identifiers needed to return forms and responses to their owner. See the privacy policy for retention, subprocessors, voice transcription, and deletion information.
